The staff we incredibly nice. Helpful and responsive. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be out and about walking around. The value is great, nothing fancy, but clean and safe. Highly recommended.

Bathroom clean with air exhaust, hot water not working. Room with windows that open and inner wood shutters, refrigerator. No internal noise, moderate external noise, twice a day some prayer loudspeaking. Good wifi, bed, desk, electrical plugs. Safe not working, key lock. Clean. Common kitchen with boiler, microwave oven, refrigerator, fan. No elevator. Deposit 2000 pesos cash. Checkout time 11. 10 min walk to Power plant mall and Hulo ferry station.

This was a clean facility , has security measures,all essentials were functional, the building to me looked like historical old mansion , I liked it . The area it is located is a typical " barrio or Barangay" that is present around Makati or Manila .

Absolutely wonderful, peaceful stay! This place was super clean, in great repair and relaxing. Very warm, courteous staff! I really appreciate the full check in explanation. The room was spacious enough for me. The bathroom and deck--everything was cute, comfortable, clean and efficient! No pests. No mold. No water damage. No weird smells. I can't fully describe what a relief it was to find this inn and my room in this condition. The neighborhood was a little active at night out front; and, wide open and peaceful during the morning. I can say that there's a 7-eleven very near buy. However, there was not an ATM within 2 blocks of this inn. From what I was told. I was very happy with my stay! In retrospect, I would rather have stayed her than the other "4-star" reservation I had for the rest of the weekend. Anyway, thank you so much!

The folks were great and I'm glad I met them. The unit was clean and functional. Wifi worked etc. There is free water and coffee downstairs. My room was upstairs and towards the back, so in the room the traffic noise wasn't so bad. Downstairs in the lobby and front area, insufferable. Incredible amount of loud motorcycles and vehicles around the clock on this street, it's relentless. The hotel is near a mall and banks and 7-ll's just BE SURE to get really good directions and have them mapped out on your phone before you head out.

This place was tucked away on a sketchy feeling side street it didn’t look safe to walk especially at night but it appears Philipino sketchy is different than American sketchy because as it turns out it was perfectly fine to walk at night ( or we just got lucky ) but the optics were definitely not good.

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had all the basic ammenities including A/C, hot water on demand, wi-fi and a television. Street side rooms might be a bit noisyer, but the street is gated shut at night. Overall, very good value for the money if you are looking for a place to spend the night while in Manila.
