We stayed 7 days and 6 nights. 1st 4 nights no internet( I had to pay for the load and runs out fast & very slow internet). Rainier the manager let me stay in Germany room 204 2nd floor and faucet in bathroom sink not working. At first looking for this place is a nightmare in google map(you have to search Kassel Residence. Office 105 in Hungary was hard to find and was looking up to see room number going in and twisted my ankle in process and told them and they said I was too tall that is why I twisted my ankle. Very dangerous if you are not familiar with the place (there's hump in the middle, no armbar) and when you do not looked down at the floor. So, I nursed my twisted ankle until now and made me not go explore my last remaining days in the Philippines. Joy was eager to get internet payment although it clearly says in the booking that it is free wifi. I was putting ice and nursing my ankle and lady knocked on the door eager to get payment for parking. I got mad as I was nursing my injured ankle with ice and did not even acknowledge my complain and injury. Water was also cut at night with no warning. I have to call the manager and he said the water will be back at 5am. I heard the landlady saying We have to pay for the load of internet as we are paying less or cheap?? Terrible service even though up front they seem nice and respectful. I won't recommend this place but maybe for a solo traveller is good as price maybe not.that expensive. Bad place to stay as grab driver ref
