My 2nd time to book here. My parents stayed here. I was only the one who booked it. All in all it was very convenient as far as location. They enjoyed there stay. They were able to take their morning walks.

We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own. The hair dryer in our room also wasn’t working, so I had to ask the front desk for another one. When we asked for fresh towels, they could only provide bath towels because their laundry delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Overall, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel was clean. With some improvements to the towels, amenities, and room upkeep, it could be a much better stay.

Booked this hotel for my Mother-in-law and nephew. They loved the place Hotel, said it was spotless, breakfast was great and the hotel was close to all ammenities.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is okay. The room was comfortable and the AC was strong. The bed was firm and the staff provided extra pillows. The gym was a bit dated, and the treadmill was out of service for my whole visit. Free-weights and other options were available. The massage services were 100% exceptional.

Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.

Nice hotel in a relatively calm area with space around. Pool, basket ball court. Nice elevator. Good breakfast, wifi (but not a permanent connection), shower. Window to receive light, can be partly opened for air. Working air exhaust in bathroom. 2 large comfortable beds. One chair. Cooling either too much or too little. Many annoying small problems : kettel not working, TV has no remote control, fridge has no light, safe is not really usable, not enough drinking water (1/4 l per person per day if the room is serviced), toilet dirty under the seat, no sign "clean the room|do not disturb", door does not close well (spring too weak). Staff does nothing after requests.
