Condotel. Few minutes walk to greenbelt 1, but one way street makes annoying to go there directly from Main Street. Getting off from taxi at Legaspi street is one of good option in case you are in hurry. I stayed in 1 queen bed room. It was old but cleaned well. Bath Amenity are minimized. Soap, shampoo, lotion, bath towel. No hair treatment, no hair drier, no hand towel. But affordable room in makati.

I wasn't a hotel it. It is a condo that the rooms are managed by the management office. There is no housekeeping. The apartments are like studios that have 2 single beds and are really small.

Elevator was broken so you had to call from a hallway phone to "order" one of the doormen to bring the elevator to your floor. 1st room had no WIFI. The woman at the front desk had a rude attitude. Switched to a room with WIFI but with constant furniture moving in an above room. One reason I booked there was the sauna, but you must pay extra each time used, 150 Pesos.

Clean hotel well situated

Stayed at both hotels in Intramuros, this is by far the nicer hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

Great price and safe location!

This is my third time staying here, clean , spacious, friendly staff, and can't beat the price. We love it and sure will comeback again!

Single night stay

Convenient location not too far from NAIA and handy to shopping malls and Burgos Av. Friendly staff, visitors welcome, good value for money. Large apartment with kitchenette and basic furniture. Will come again

Very good!

Clean, comfortable, walking distance from The Belle & Dragon (restaurant) and Mandalay (whisky bar). Also a hop skip away from Greenbelt (mall). Will definitely stay here again.

It Makati close to Greenbelt

This hotel is in Makati and is a five minute walk from Greenbelt or Gloriana malls. It offers a really nice pool and Terrence And a sauna for me additional charge. The Wi-Fi is excellent there are plenty of eating places around. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with reservation since I extended also it is set up with microwave refrigerator the bathroom has plenty of hot water and decent TV channels air-conditioning work well. The price of this hotel is much cheaper than any others in the area of this quality and location well worth the money and a big savings over nearby hotels

Very rude Manager.

The General Manager seems to need a different career. She was very rude and wouldn't allow me more than one towel a day. After I go to the gym I usually would like to take a shower. I asked the person at the front desk if I can get another towel. She said she is the General Manager and is not allowed more than one towel. There is a reason why all the hotels in Makati near the mall are booked and this one is easy to book and not expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will not go cheap. The hotel has a great location and used to managed well until it changed to Paramount Hotel management.

the service was slow even thought the staff was very nice. the room was so cramped and AC totally hopeless since design of sweet was with air con on the outside window but room was not enclosed so hot very warm air would flood into bedroom. no housekeeping after hours so our tv did not have signal but no one in staff could fix it that night.

Great stay for the location and price.

Don't expect a world class hotel, but it was great for the price. Staff was always nice and friendly. The room we got was HUGE and very clean. It was pretty much a 1 bedroom apartment, although that's not what we asked for. So we were happy about that. Location is excellent. Walking distance from Greenbelt in the middle of the nice calm of Makati. The hot water would run out after a few minutes, but you just have to time your showers to be 10 minutes or less, but not really a big deal considering it's usually super hot over there. Made it difficult for my husband to shave though. Do yourselves a favor however and pass on the breakfast they offer. It was soooo bad. Walk down the street to the many restaurants they have and grab a full breakfast for 2 US dollars or less, as opposed to even looking at at the meal that they offer. Otherwise, highly recommend hotel for location and price!
