Its a scam!! The contact details that the hotel provided isnt responding. The staff was saying it happenned to several pepple came up there and cannot contact the person that supposed to book u. So ended up not staying in the hotel. Eventho they already charged us the payment. Expedia please verify the person that posted that ads and better yet block that ads. Their scam! They post room that arent available. There wasnt any room. Im very furious! I will request for refund too. And please put down that ads, or there will be more people that will be scammed!

just ONE word : BE CAREFUL !!! After booking and payment you are informed you ABSOLUTELY need a negative PCR-TEST .... such a joke ... it cost you a fortune to do that, no way to cancel, and even IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund, bcs that was stated clearly before paying : NON-REFUNDABLE ... we are sooooooo super disappointed ... it was my Valentine's gift to my wife ....

I wasted money for seven nights!

I booked the room for my wife who is pregnant. The agency requested Covid results. Nevertheless she provided documents. They rejected because it was not old. It was impossible for her to get inspection in few hours. So she moved to another accommodation. They should have put information on booking pages and should be refundable. I feel this is almost scam.

The location was great! The condo needs more improvement (the unit we were in) i.e. bathroom- there’s no where to hang towels, the bed should be replaced with a better one, towels and bed sheets are old!

I booked this property fast because we needed somwhhere fast. I did not put 2 people in the booking. I was then charged an extra 500php per night. The wifi was a mobile hotspot that used a Globe sim which had not been toped up. No soap. No shampoo. No English tv. No nothing. No water. Asked where the pool was...no answers. funature literally falling apart. I should have taken reviews seriously. This is just a cut and run Airbnb. Use your brain...avoid this place

Actually a lot better than previous reviews had said. Had basically everything you need for a stay. The AC and cable TV choice could use a update. Had running hot water which was a plus. Staff doesn't seem to respond in the right amount of time you'd like them too. Had to has for the WiFi password 4 times. Also make sure if you book for more than 4 people you confirm with the host. For some reason I booked the room for 8 adults but on their end only showed 4 and wanted to charge me a extra guest fee that I already paid through Expedia.

No good... no cancellation policy

I booked the place for my family but because my daughter can’t go with us so we opted to stay in my daughters condominium. Try to cancel the booking at a very early stage since it’s just a month I believe when my daughter informed us of the situation...unluckily you didn’t allow us to cancel unlike other booking app. I regret I booked it here because I wasted my money since it will billed under my credit card even if we didn’t use it. Anyways lesson learned.

super awful, here is the place never visit

should i leave message about here? here is super awful place. i had experienced so many hotel in philippines, but i can make sure thst here is the worst. 1. here is awful front desk service. crew didnt listen visitor's mention and only persist their policy. is policy for hotel? 2. super dirty condition of studio. even we claim because of dirty condition, and request change room, but they just changed blanket. is it proper service of hotel? terrible. 3. expensive additional fee added person. one person for 1k. should i explain? i will never visit here again and i want to stop to book here for anyone.

I love the area. There are a lot of things you can do that is really close to the property. The WiFi was great. It was easy to checkout. It is spacious. The issues I had were room prep and cleanliness. I don’t think they are ready for us. I think they rushed to clean the room as we checked in and the cleaning solution they used was not pleasant to smell or they used a dirty mop to mop the floor. The smell stayed there throughout our stay. One of the towels provided had a huge hole. The fridge was dirty and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a month. They need to fix the lighting in the bathroom.

Confortable studio with pool and near mall

Easy check in and check out. Comfortable studio. Roof pool with great views. Area with all facilities and restaurants. Only accessible by car.

The property itself and location was great. Parking was ok. Linking to the mall is a plus. BUT staying to this room was terrible. Visible bed sheets stained, Dusty, we did not enjoy the wifi because the user doesn't exist, communication very poor.... Nothing special to this property except it's location. The owner doesn't give any effort to impress their client.
