"The staff are very good at what they do. The housekeeper who took care of my room during my 30 day stay is excellent. He paid a lot of attention to detail and if he had any questions, he asked. The kitchen in the unit was sufficient and modern. I had breakfast included in my plan for free but I only used it once - I don't get up early. The one time I did use it, I was not too impressed - everything was clean but there was a lack of variety especially for western guests. But that is such a minor...

"The condo is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioner was noisy and a little weak to handle the heat. We had it set at 18 degrees. The bathroom is dark and no hot water for the shower. Bath mat and toilet could be cleaner. The bed is ok, with some old well used sheets. I didn’t use the kitchen but there are dishes and other utensils. The washing machine works well thankfully. No concierge service, only a security guard and a receptionist to help with check in. "Easy walking distance to business meetings in Makati. Shops and restaurants are convenient in the downstairs mall. Always stellar service at breakfast buffet at the 35th floor, and well-varied food comes with a bonus view out to the harbor."
