"Clean and quite. Check in and check out were simple and quick. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I didn't get to the pool or workout area but I did see several people using it."

"It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed."

"The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on."

"I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

"From the pool area to the actual room, it was clear there were very bad housekeeping and also safety issues. I reported the pool bathroom needed immediate cleaning (there was blood in three places on the floor, toilet paper holders were empty, and paper towels too) - more than 12 hours later it was still the same. There was some piece of electrical equipment plugged into an outlet in the pool area - perfect for anyone to stumble over and get electrocuted. The sofa bed in the room was dark and...

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"The property is always clean. It might be a bit dated but it is safe and clean and a great staff. I have splayed here for 10 years"
