"The room was disgusting. It smelled like a dirty gym locker. The bathroom smelled awful like leaking sewage and the shower was not clean with red mold stains everywhere and peeling caulking on all the seams. We didn’t even try to shower. The toilet actually had a slow leak at the back turn off valve that was corroded and the seams of the floor to the walls had a 1/2 inch gap from the molding. "The property is very well maintained, but being a older hotel there are no elevators to access the upper levels. The room we stayed in also didn't have amenities like a fridge or microwave, but this was noted at the time of the reservation. The restaurant on the property was very good - food quality, service and pricing were all reasonable."

"The staff that helped at night was very kind. Unfortunately the floors were sticky like someone dumped honey on them and I had to literally wash them myself to walk around and there was pee all over the back of the toilet and around it that it smelled so bad. I have pictures as well."

"Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got."

"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. "I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get checked in and when I went to check out I waited so long for someone to come to the desk that I went back to the room. I had a hard time finding my room and the heat was so loud I could not sleep."

Will never book this hotel again, and I travel to Syracuse often. This room was booked 6 months in advance, my room should have been reserved! "

"At check, instead of a welcome, we got a lecture about n0-smoking in the room, threatening us with a cleaning bill (we don't smoke, but whatever). Left the lobby, turned the corner to our room and the hallway reeked of cig smoke. I'm pretty sure it was the dude at the counter smoking the place up."
