"We had a king suite. The room was a good size with small microwave and refrigerator. The room smelled really musty. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The bed was comfortable . For the price it was ok."

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. "Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

"Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here."

"I stayed one night week of June 10th and one night week of June 15 - 2nd experience was not as good as the first. The first floor room was excellent - quiet - comfortable bed and AC was great on a very hot day. Second stay was good but not great - bed was no where near as comfortable and was very creaky every time i moved - wasn’t as supportive. "Love the stay, great area with a lot of places to eat and things to do. Close to the destiny mall. Staff with really helpful and attentive. Would love more towels in the room. Everything was great and I would stay again if I am in town. Rooms are beautiful and really spacious. The drinks at check in is a nice touch with some finger foods. Really appreciate that, after a long days travel. The security deposit was affordable and did not take away from our family trip. Keep up the great work staff."

"Very horrible do not recommend unless desperate. Cancelled my paid reservation without notice. Denied upon arrival Saying they have no rooms even with a paid reservation. Hotel front desk very rude, didn’t care at all told me it’s not his problem, to make a refund claim with expedia. Hotel over booked and lied to expedia refund claims Saying they were never over booked and I never showed up. Left me in their parking lot without a room for the night. They are shady Crooks"
