"The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking. It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room. When we stayed, it was the first mild day in March, so the "heat" setting was still on even though outside was warm. So, the...

"I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!"

"This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. "

"The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. "

"At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day."
