"They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."

Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. Based on condition of the property, I believe their license should be revoked to receive guests. We stayed at room 140, and this is what we found: broken curtains and furniture; stained, filthy seat cover and carpet; stained towels and pillowcases; cockroaches!!! These are unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed...
