"My sister and I shared a room on the quiet side of the building while my parents had the accessible room I booked for them. Both were comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast with fresh fruit, egg sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and waffles. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and seating was never an issue. My parents said their roll-in shower had a too-short shower curtain. Water was all over the floor of the bathroom, which could have been hazardous or slippery. They also prefer firmer...

"They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."

"i had stayed here years ago & had no issues. so a friend & myself needed a cheap room for one night. staff were friendly, but while checking in, he tried to charge me for the room i already paid for through expedia. luckily i caught it. then the room appeared clean until we tried opening the sofa bed. underneath was loads of trash, old food wrappers & dog bone. toilet wouldn’t flush. we asked them on the way out to fix the toilet. when we returned, they claimed it was fixed. my friend found out...

"Don’t just walk, run away from this property if you don’t want to feel like you might actually pick up some disease by staying there. Based on condition of the property, I believe their license should be revoked to receive guests. We stayed at room 140, and this is what we found: broken curtains and furniture; stained, filthy seat cover and carpet; stained towels and pillowcases; cockroaches!!! These are unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed...

"the towels are kind of small, and we had to ask for new ones, stayed 4 nights and we wanted new towels after 2 nights. very slow or not at all for coffee in the lobby. if your looking for a place to just sleep, shower and such. it's the place that's affordable. no issues."

"The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."

"I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel or motel. Trash was all over the place. People were living in one section. There appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. The clerk told us that they keep tourists away from the "other" people and didn't deny that there was drug activity going on. We did not feel safe enough to stay there and went someplace else that night."
