"This B&B is a hidden gem! We loved the haunted room #12. Loved the pool table, restaurant (good for gluten-free also!) and the location - across from a beautiful swimmable lake and park. It was priced well and the Scottish ambiance and history could not be beat!!"

"A wonderful hotel and an exceptional experience was marred by one of the worst breakfast experiences we can recall. Although we arrived in the dining area at 9:15am - still 45 minutes til the end of service, there was little left. No eggs or any side dish. No batter left for waffles. "I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch but my room only had a king size bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable mattress and it still had the plastic on it was every time we moved it would make so much noise."
