"Shoutout to the breakfast team, who not only put a delicious spread every morning, with a variety of options (I absolutely loved the stir fried noodles and the mushrooms, as well as the freshly squeezed orange juice; delicious!), but also managed the space and guests with such ease and professionalism. Every morning, they show you to your seat (which is very convenient; no need to scramble for a seat), and they know whether or not you are staying there alone or as part of a group. Again, very convenient!
The luggage team (bellboys?) also did an amazing job, storing your luggage and knowing when you will be collecting (you hive them an approximate time of collection). These services just made the stay all the more enjoyable!
10/10, without a doubt!"
"The bedrooms are nice: spacious, good bed/bedding and sizeable bathrooms. The spa and changing rooms are poorly planned and tired. Need maintenance! Inadequate lockers, peeling paint, cramped surroundings. Club Lounge is great with a generous cocktail hour (enough food for dinner, should you feel so inclined) but an underwhelming "afternoon tea" (a scone, basically). Breakfast in the main restaurant was generous but the staff were overwhelmed. Small examples: no cutlery, no proactive coffee offering and then long waits for drinks. A comfortable stay but at this price point there are better experiences in Sydney."
"Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, the hotel reception lovely, the restaurants were delicious and the staff all friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with some lighting in our room, but the guest services responded immediately and resolved the issues promptly. The location is amazing, right across from Manly beach, near several restaurants, and a short walk to the Manly Ferry to get into Sydney. Amazing stay and would return any time."
