"From the moment of arrival at the front desk, to checking out, I experienced friendly and engaging service. This is my go to hotel, as it is conveniently located, consistently good and offers good value too.
The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There are many good eating options nearby along with shops and public transport.

Rachel at reception provided exceptional customer service during check-in. She was professional, welcoming, and attentive, making our experience seamless from the moment we arrived.

"The hotel was an excellent location for city centre. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & polite. The property was very cleaned & housekeeping refresh our room daily, changed towels, replenished tea & coffee & as a nice treat a pack of biscuits each day.
Breakfast was pleasant, with lots of choice & staff worked hard to keep replenished & keep tables cleared. "
