"The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). "We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice...

"The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights."

"Beautiful newer oceanfront property that has excellent service and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with about half having balconies. Sunset views over the Aegean Sea are amazing.
If you plan to get in the sea near the property make sure you bring water shoes along. They also have saltwater pool which is luxurious along with spa.
Food quality and service is excellent. Hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the harbor area and flat so easy to walk."
