"We have stayed here before and it was good. This stay a year later was awful. Floor to the shower was black. We had to put a towel down on the shower floor when we showered. Day staff was so kind! Evening was annoyed by any question we asked. Terribly rude."

"Changed our room because i didnt answer the phone. Pull out couch was terrible so we had to sleep in the same bed. Which wasnt much better. Said they would give a discount even though I had already paid in full 6 months before. Would not stay again."

"The 1st night informed the staff the toilet was running non-stop. By the time we left, it was still running. We were told breakfast started at 6am but that is for weekdays. We were there on the weekend and had early morning events. There was some construction happening and was a disturbance. The walls are so thin that we were able to hear a whole conversation in the room next to us until 10:30 at night. There were people on the floor above us that were stomping around half the night. "

"I was staying in room 202 very private and well cleaned. The A/C unit worked perfectly for a the full week I was there. No noise, never had problems with the control whenever I needed to change to set point. I was amazing."
