"The location is ideal for the seafront and restaurants. The bathroom was very spacious however the room itself was extremely tight. Unfortunately the service was so bad, I will not be returning. When checking in, we had to speak to 3 different members of staff before finding out which room we were in, and not one of those staff members even said hello or greeted us in any way. They ran past us trying not to acknowledge our present, We were just left standing there with absolutely no information given that it was not busy there was only 1 other guest sat at the bar, it was an unnecessary and a disgraceful performance."

"We loved our stay in the self catered 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean, spacious and generally very comfortable. We massively enjoyed our breakfasts, drinks and nibbles on the awesome private terrace. The only feedback I would have is that the kitchen equipment is rather bare. I would recommend the general manager stays, cooks and eats here for a few days and then buys what they discovers is missing in the kitchen. Doing so could hugely elevate the home away from home feeling. Other than that, lovely staff, good food downstairs and a nice area."

"Avoid this hotel at all cost. Firstly the hotel reception is located in the main restaurant and the staff are too busy dealing with other customers so you will end up waiting with luggage in a restaurant trying to check in, staff are unhelpful and do not even greet you. The rooms are stuffy and uncomfortable. I stayed with my family and the bathroom is dirty and smelly. When i complained for a different room staff told me to check out and request refund because no other room can be given. The water pressure is very low and bath tubs are dirty . Alot of lime scale is visible on taps and the carpets seem very old, beds are ok but the bedding had yellow stains in the corner as housekeeping may have tried to hide from guests. I also noticed mice running around in the carpark that made my kids feel uneasy. Maybe because restaurant food waste was left at the back of the building."
