"Very kind staff, a/c was great during a very hot spell across Italy. We liked the quadruple room with our teen boys that like having their own beds"

"Not for the first time has Italy blown us away. This property was perfect for our short break. We were met at the main door, shown to our room that had a balcony. The room was spotless as was the private bathroom. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was in a perfect location for the main square/ arena. We can't fault this room or Roberto. In fact we are planning on returning next year with more of our family."

"The room was simple but perfect for one night and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy. The check-in required a phone call to the host so make sure you have access to your phone but the host answered promptly with clear and straightforward instructions. The room had a safe and a fridge. The location was good and breakfast was very nice. Would recommend."

We were unable to respond to the owner regarding our arrival time until the morning of our arrival day and then only by phone.
