The host gave us his WhatsApp, which we used to order food and spa treatments as well as any repairs needed to the room. He always responded immediately. "Hôtel au milieu des rizières et au calme. L’accueil est parfait. La villa sur 2 étages est luxueuse et magnifique au dessus d’une rizière. La piscine est superbe Par contre quelques remarques concernant le logement: la salle de bain du bas était inondée après chaque douche et la salle de bain du haut était directement ouverte sur l’extérieur ce qui à la base n’était pas voulu (absence de porte). I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds.
