"The property is so beautiful! It has lots of trees, tropical plants, staircases, fountains, and incredible views. Great for pictures! The rooms were very clean and spacious! The food, service and drinks at the buffet were amazing! Breakfast was delicious and the servers were awesome! Also, if you like peace and quiet then this hotel is perfect for you. There are no venders or bandas on the beach and since everything is so spaced out there is hardly no noise in the halls. The only two downsides that we experienced was that since everything is spaced you have to either ask for transportation or walk long distances to get to the pool, lobby, or restaurants. We took my sister who is in a wheelchair and it was pretty much impossible to use the transportation. The drivers would get upset since it took to time to get her and her wheelchair in the golf cart . So we had to walk most of the time just to not make anyone upset. Also the drinks from the pool bar weren’t not very good. Maybe next time they will be better. We will definitely be back one day!"

"This was the best resort , The food and hospitality were excellent. The A/C worked amazing, our room was nice and cold. This place has the pool overlooking the ocean. Loved it!"

"We made 3 reservations for 3 rooms, they gave us the rooms on the 2nd floor which did not have a view at all. And one of the rooms air conditioning was not working. We went back to the reception area and asked to be moved and at first they gave us a real hard time but at the end after a While they gave us the new rooms but us wait until the following day. Which the temp was so hot and no AC. They did not allowed the red taxi trucks to drop us of in the front of the hotel. They are only allowed in the front street entrance which is a 8-10 min walk up hill to get to the lobby with the heat seems longer. With heels is even worse. They are definitely not friendly at all. My family and I were very disappointed. We have stayed in this chain of hotels in other destinations and never had an issue."

"Excellent service but the person in the pool the works like security they are annoying my daughter was crying and they where asking why she is crying like is not their bussiness.. And my daughter when to the playground the they have in the pool and they told me no adult are allow there and my daughter is 3 is always very important to have a adult with the kids because they could slipeery"
