"There was 12 of us traveling together, it was the most horrible trip we've had in over 10 years we've been going to Mexico!! I was platinum VIP & they treated us horribly!! Our room was 2 tiny beds, for my husband & I, we had stains & feet print on our bed, no refrigerator, no microwave, we had a coffee pot but we had to buy the coffee! Most of the staff was very rude to us and (yes, we tipped very well). The front desk was horrible. Restaurant staff was not nice! We had to flag down bartenders...

"Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses."

BIG disappointment, especially since my cousin's American money was stolen out of her room where she hid it. We think it was the maid.
