"I bought a room for the night. We couldn't access the 'free' wifi as you have to sign up for rewards and kids don't want to. They changed breakfast to requiring a coupon but my room came with breakfast. The front desk didn't know about this and didnt have coupons. The room carpet was stained. There is a smell in the room. Its very outdated. "

"The hotel was under major renovation in the public spaces and potential guests were not made aware of that before booking. The hotel public spaces were very dirty, expected to eat in a nasty conference room where a guest brought a huge dog into the breakfast space, no services such as restaurant or bar was available in common spaces. No soap was left in the room and the most annoying was issues with no television service for three nights. Contacted front desk several times concerning the television service and asked for compensation and all I received was, “sorry”. "

"The lady that was working in the evening was very unfriendly . She seemed like it was a problem when she had to check people in . The overnight and morning staff very friendly and helpful . The lady doing breakfast needs to be counseled on food safety . A couple of the things she did was gross and was reported to the front desk manager. The room was clean the Paul was OK the sauna was not working when it was turned on."

"Breakfast was good & plenty of food. The room was clean & staff helpful.
The room we were assigned was not the one that we thought we reserved via the Hotel.com app. We thought that room we reserved had a couch seating area & mini kitchen area according to the room photos included in the room view but that wasn’t the case. We had two queens & a mini fridge. It was a connecting room that we didn’t ask for. Don’t believe the attached photos is our new motto. "
