"I booked this hotel specifically to use the outdoor pool. The pool was empty and full of trash. The gym was tiny and not useful. The reins are great and the property is nice. But I was disappointed about the pool and gym. The web ad had pictures of the pool. I felt lied to."

"This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The staff was exceptionally friendly and really made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good and included eggs and quite tasty biscuits and gravy made with sausage. They also had good-sized coffee cups and invited guests to take coffee to go which I very happily accepted. The two ladies who were working at the breakfast buffet were absolutely delightful."
