"The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Toronto. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. We were especially grateful for the early check-in, as it made a huge difference after an all-night flight.
The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the staff truly stood out — they were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel...

"Excellent central location close to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena and Roger’s Centre.
Hotel is a more traditional building but comfortable enough. AC kept the room cool although did click on and off during the night which could bother a light sleeper. Shower good pressure, supply of hot drinks in room was a nice touch. Would stay again if the price was competitive "
