"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved.
The housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned when we needed it, which was inconvenient during our stay.
The breakfast also needs significant improvement. It was very basic, with the same limited selection every day and almost no variety. Considering the price of the hotel, we expected a much better breakfast experience.

"It's been a good three weeks that we have been coming back to stay and the last couple of time the two staff Dizza and Marianne was awesome made our stay even more pleasant.
Thank you even through the two ladies wasn't working they made sure that our room was delivered with whaf we needed.
Although this time checking in wasn't as pleasing especially when they wanted to take 250 deposit. When all the other time I only paid 200
I honestly not so please with that and how they refuse to let us...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not at all what I expected. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the drawers were sticking out about two inches instead of being pushed in flush against the wall or furniture, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained. The wires connecting the TV, fridge, and microwave were also exposed and tangled, giving the entire room a messy appearance.
The biggest issue, however, was the bed. There were multiple black stains all over the bed...
