"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. "

"Only the room was clean, everything else was dirty/messy and pretty beat up. There was a car up on jacks that guy was doing some major work on. And there's a lot of people just loitering around. The shower curtain was broken and the AC made a high pitched whining. Also we were next to the pool as you could hear the gate slamming shut every time."

"the a/c in the room never worked. it was so frustrating because it was the middle of summer. we did ask staff to come assist with the a/c. they did come and it worked for a little bit and then it stopped working again. it just didn't seem worth it to keep asking them to fix it when we knew it wouldn't work."

"Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again."

"Room did not have working shower and faucet. Staff promised maintenance in an hour but not fixed for our entire stay. No alternatives provided either. Room does not have a coffee machine and has a TV but no remote! In all poor experience."

"No breakfast available . Even though it was advertised online . Rooms were stinky and old and had bugs in bathroom. Staff not helpfull when asked to book another room (booked double queen got single). I went online and was able to book another room same location with seconds in front of the staff! Even after ready to pay for extra room staff was not helpful. Checking in took about 1&1/2 hour"

"They do not offer water or coffee in your room. They don't give you enough towels or have the lamps ready to be turned on. (Unplugged and not able to plug them anywhere without an extension cord)"
