"They offer a discounted price at a nearby parking lot. However, be careful parking directly in front of the hotel to drop off any luggage. We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in. "

"Overall the location is great and the room's were fairly clean, but I did notice tons of staining on our interior side of the door like it's never been wiped. Looked like someone had spilt something trying to open the door. The bed was comfy, though the duvet felt thin. I think I was most disappointed with the cost. I thought it was a good deal, but after the facility fee AND taxes, it was actually really high for such a small room."

"Old and tired. It was a Hampton Inn originally so it wasn’t great to start with, but now it is just old and tired.
They make a small effort with free water and coffee. It’s a good value in the $150 range for Manhattan, if pricing is above that look elsewhere. "

"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. "Sehr gutes Hotel in top Lage für einen Städtetrip in New York.
Man kann alles super erreichen und es liegt sehr zentral.
Der Service war sehr gut und alle waren äußerst freundlich.
Das Frühstück ist im Diner nebenan. Typisch amerikanisch, sehr fettig und man kann zwischen 3 verschiedenen Menüs wählen.
2 Eier mit Bacon oder Wurst, griechisches Omlett oder Pancakes mit Bacon.

"I really did enjoy my stay at Arlo Soho. The staff was sweet and sufficient at the front desk. Check In/Out was easy and smooth. Turn down service could use some new recommendations but I received what i asked. The hotels’ restaurant Linden’s and it’s staff were pleasant, tentative and thoughtful.
