The stay was good overall...we stayed there for 4 days...staff is good...service is also prompt...ppl are nice in talking...end of the day good value for money hotel...

It's a clean and big room in mapusa downtown. Very close to a market.

Located at the center of the town.

The hotel did not give us thicker bed sheets when asked for it. They said its only for AC rooms. We told them that we would pay for it. The hotel staff disagreed. The reception desk was not aware about the low rates offered by Expedia. They need to be educated about it and the online bookings.

I stayed there for couple of days. I occupied one non AC room. I got room on first floor. it has windows on two side. room and bathroom is big. hotel's restaurant is good. its good option for city stay in goa. especially in mapusa. its value for money. ATM, BUS STAND, CYBER CAFE, RESTAURANTS, MARKET, TRAVEL AGENTS and roads to ANJUNA, PANJIM, PORVORIM is just near by.

Good hotel, very near to Mapusa bus stand.

My experience was good in this hotel. But did not get free breakfast as claimed by Expedia. Overall it was a good stay interms of cleanliness and comfort.

disappointed.. :-/

It was a bad experience.. Hotel staff esp. Front desk are very lazy, the is zero courteousness in them. When requested for late check out due to our bus timing whc they rudely refused. We paid extra money ( whc was equivalent to single occupancy ) for only abt 6hrs. Front desk horrible. No proper management of the hotel. Reason Maybe its an government run? Housekeeping came only once that too when we were leaving. Lol it certainly was a joke. Only saving grace was the food from the inhouse restaurant the Heera. But unfortunately they were not having much dishes whc was mentioned in the Menu book. No proper seafood. Surprised as we were holydayin in Goa. Supposed to have varieties of seafood BT we did not got. For all 3days we had baby kingfish whc on the last day became big ( in our stomach :-p )... The was my repeat visit at Mapusa Residency and I believe it wud b my last. Never ever gonna choose the same hotel in future.. Urghhhh!!!!!

Great Location

i and my partner are satisfied with the stay at Mapusa Residency and hope to stay again in future.overall it was good experience. The food from the Restaurant Heera was very Tasty. esp. Prawns curry and Kingfish Rawa fry. in our entire stay i had only seafood. Yumm.. ;-)
