"Beautiful property. Kind & helpful staff. I had an issue in our room. Found over a dozen bugs around both beds on our first night. They looked like fat maggots but I’m pretty sure they were actually maggots. Very unsettling. Shared video to front desk. Housekeeping came up to sweep them out the door. But nothing more. Housekeeping handed us bug spray and left. Unacceptable. After finding a few more crawling around the floor an hour later the front desk moved us to another room. Unfortunately...

"Rooms are pretty standard, had a balcony with a beach view which was nice. Rooms were clean and staff were very timely on hoise keeping. Staff were all nice, daily breakfast was more than enough to keep us all full until dinner. Overall, the resort was decent. We stayed at a different resort prior and it was better than sandy beach. Not to say sandy beach was bad, but we would check out other resorts next time we visit as there are many others."

"Bed bugs!!! Do not stay at this abandoned resort. Expedia should be ashamed that they represent this hotel as a partner. There is a total of 5 staff for the entire resort no managers is what they told me. Locals and staff bathing in the hot tubs and pools with clothes on. All restaurants closed All bars closed Multiple buildings abandoned and massively destroyed on property. My son and myself both ended up with bed bugs in 2 seperate rooms and had to spend an entire day sanitizing clothes,...

"Pros: quiet at night; AC works ok. Cons: strong smell of smoke; unreliable Wi-Fi; no daily cleaning or fresh towels. Location: remote area with only a small shop nearby."
