The location is perfect, right in the centre of Porto, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, while still feeling modern and comfortable.
Our room was well appointed, comfortable and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail across the hotel really stood out.
What impressed us most was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. They were always happy to help and made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived.
