"This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. We loved the Chandelier bar and all of the restaurants and room service were excellent. The location is great, close to everything. "Staying at Loews was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival to departure, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to the French Quarter and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

"Great Hotel, perfectly located, but beware the parking. Hotel uses a public lot at $66/night. I walked inside just long enough to inquire if that was the only hotel option only to walk back out and find my car booted (10 min max). Hotel told me there was nothing they could do. $160. There are some temporary hotel spots to the left as you come in, but they aren’t obvious and easy to miss. Hotel needs to work this out. I was told by the Hotel that I was not the first."

"Pool was closed. Our check in time was 3pm. They said the room wasn't ready until 4:30. We couldn't use the whirlpool tub. Room was spacious and nice, however. They did give us a small discount on parking for the delay"

The Courtyard was amazing, with access to the breakfast room where there was plenty of variety for hot and cold breakfast with 24 hour access to Coffee and Water. Staff were a pleasure and Free Parking a bonus. We would recommend Creole Gardens as a fantastically placed accommodation for visiting New Orleans."
