"The property is a bit tired. The landscaping and parking lot need attention. The room was clean. The toilet sat about 6” out away from the wall behind it. There is a lack of attention to details. The room pricing seems high. The breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit."

"Small indoor pool that smelled overloaded with chlorine. A/C wasn't working and hotel sent us a box fan that was so noisy you couldn't watch tv or sleep. Construction noise was very loud and woke us up every morning by 8 o'clock clock. Room also was right over the trash bins so more noise with that. Bar was out of Chardonnay so was given an inferior white which cost us $12 per glass including tax. A little over the top with that price for not very good wine. "Breakfast in bed was really nice. And the outside deck has terrific views. There was plenty of provisions- coffee, tea, water, as well as wine and cheese spread and cookies every day. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. "The rooms open to the outside. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The wall AC is not consistent (pro tip... turn the fan on so it's always on.. not ideal but better than temp swings and noise in the night turning on and off). Shower curtain had rips in it and didn't cover the full length of the tub. Positive: it's a fairly good location. Spend just a little bit more and stay in a better place. This was a mistake for us."

"This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...

"Everyone was soo nice and helpful. They all treated my family, friends, and myself like family and I had the best time there. I hope we return again soon. I recommend everyone to book either way them. The only bad thing was the parking because is small and by 8pm all spaces were taken. There is a parking right next to it but is $25 for the night. Other than that everything else was great."
