"Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust still on the floor. Pieces of trim left on the floor. Whomever was doing the remodeling obviously wasn't trained properly to clean up before they left. 5) The "lamp" on the desk/work area was broken. Still functional, if you were clever. But broken."

"Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in."

"Yes, the room and staff were great! The pool being closed was a bummer for my kids. Better updates on website to include pool closure would have helped. "

"Would rate higher, but I reserved a room with two beds and all they had when I showed up was a single bed. Made it work and it was a good enough room. However, the excuse of we didn’t clean enough rooms doesn’t set well with me."

"To start, the room was very clean. The property is well maintained and looks like a great venue for a wedding or event. Our room was on the first floor, and we had to navigate through two banquet style rooms to get there. The contactless entry info was not provided in a timely manner, and we had to call staff to be let in. There is no staff on site, that i could see. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker and local coffee, and nice linens. The decor was nice and the room was clean but the bed was uncomfortably hard. Like sleeping on cardboard on the floor hard. My wife and I both woke up sore and really didnt sleep much. It was hard to block out the light from the city, and the pictures of the views on the website did not match the views from our window. They had not updated thier clocks since time change so we were an hour late for our plans that morning. I would say that this is a nice building with alot of possible uses but the contactless hotel leaves something to be desired. Some more attention to details or addition of some actual staff may help. "
