"Very nice, older- but kept up Hilton hotel. The Standard room, double bed, is quaint (small to Americans traveling with large suitcases). We juet have carryons & 2 backpacks, so it’s not bad. Very clean! It’s exactly what we needed before our cruise! You can book your taxi for the next day when you check in with the front desk. We’re in room 105- The Bathroom was nice, a towel warmer, nice size shower. Our sink spays water everywhere- so becareful if you’re already dressed!!! We must be...

"This is a charming guesthouse in a very walkable location, near the Dover Castle, numerous pubs and restaurants. Alex the owner is super helpful and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked with many breakfast items and there were a few good cafes nearby for a nice latte or flat white. Upon our departure, Alex arranged a taxi to take us to the cruise port which was very helpful. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a lot of personality.
