"A really good location, next to the metro station. The room was comfortable enough, although the mattress on the bed was well worn. Sparse provision of tea /coffee in room. No English Breakfast tea available in the hotel at the time of staying.

"We stayed at Rival 3 nights. We traveled for 2 weeks throughout Europe in May June 2026 and this as the best hotel. A great experience. The staff was so helpful and spent time with us to help us have a great Stockholm experience.
The room was spacious and well designed. Everything was new. They had different types of pillows to make sure you had a great sleep. Very quiet hotel.
Breakfast was perfect. Order what you want or the buffet. Baked fresh.
On the last night we had to leave at 4am and...

"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel.

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
