"This was my first time ever getting a room in Forrest City. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is right by the interstate which was a plus. The free breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The room was super clean. We got a room with a jetted tub. I always bring my own cleaning supplies to clean anyways, but I didn't need to do a deep cleaning. The only thing I would suggest is maybe displaying where to turn the jets on at. I felt like I was in an escape room trying to figure it out. LOL! I didn't mind the adventure tho. Every time I go back to the area I'm only booking with this location"

"The pictures of the property on the website are nothing compared to the hotel. The hotel is very old. The pool area is non existent. I was looking forward to a nice swim. The room was clean with the exception of the tubs drain it was nasty. Pictures need to be updated so that you actually get what you show. The staff however was excellent."

"We showed up a little later in the evening, around 8pm. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was pleasant. We told her we had reserved a room. She says "one moment" and heads into the room behind the desk and there is a bunch of yelling between females. Then, a different lady comes out who is extremely rude to us. It's like she was fighting in the back room and brought that attitude to us for no reason, and I'm pretty difficult to offend. Then we head out to go to our room. There's lots of yelling in the parking lot. Didn't feel super safe. Checked out the room, it was sad and gross. We left and found somewhere else to stay, didn't feel comfortable leaving our car in the parking lot to go to the casino and didn't feel comfortable leaving belongings in our room. Highly would not recommend this place."
