"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice.
My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider...

"Was there for my high school reunion and family outing. Check in was smooth, property was pristine with that old world charm we loved seeing. My kids’ favorite were the pools but mine was the beach! It was like being in an aquarium seeing marine life up close and one of the staff telling us about them. Breakfast buffet had good variety and great presentation. This is indeed a great resort!"

"事前に知りたいことがあったのでエクスペディアからメッセージを2回送ったが
返信が来なかった。（他のセブ島のホテルでは返ってきた）
なので公式hpの問い合わせメールで直接送ったがやはり返信はなかった。
お風呂のお湯がとてもぬるい。
朝食は8:00すぎにいったが
３０分くらい待つと言われた。
１０分で呼ばれた。
はやくてよかった。
我が子の誕生日のお祝いがなかなか
始まらないので、
スタッフに問い合わせたら
「今から準備するから３０分後」と言われた。食べ終わっていたので、そのために待つのもな…と思い断って退出した。残念。
ポロロパークを利用した
php2000で2時間。
日本円で5000円以上なのでだいぶ高め。
楽しみにしていた汽車はメンテナンス中で使えなかった。
何個かメンテナンス中というものがあった。
入る前に教えて欲しかった。
中のスタッフの方は子どもたちにとても優しい。
服を着せてくれたり
靴の着脱も手伝ってくれた。
プールは広くて子どもはとても楽しんでいた。
（日本のサマランよりは小さい）
小さい子連れならジェーパークアイランドは

"I like all the staff in this hotel. What I don’t like is the outlets. All our cellphone and laptop chargers seems too small for the outlet. No outlets in the bathroom to plug the hair blower in. "Great price for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, hot water was good. The shuttle service was excellent was picked up at the airport on time from an evening flight back and had a very early international flight the next morning, when I went downstairs the driver was already there waiting. This service alone is so worth it especially for a solo female traveler. Didn’t have the chance to try their breakfast maybe next time. Thank you I had a short and pleasant stay."

何個か質 問があり問い合わせたところメッセージの返信も丁寧に返ってきた。
０歳と3歳の子どもがいたのでベビーベッドをリクエストしていたが、補助便座、手洗い用の踏み台、ベビーベット、ミルク用の洗浄機、ベビーバスなどあらゆるものが準備されていた。
部屋で過ごしていたら何か必要なアメニティはある？と聞きに回ってくれていた。
無料の未就園児の遊び場もあって良かった。
子ども用のプールが濁っていた。
部屋のバスタブのお湯は熱くてとてもよかった。
プールは狭いなと感じたが、
子どもの遊び場がコンパクトなので
子供を見失わないので良かった。
