"My stay was good at Drury Chandler just keep in mind it is a family friendly hotel so it can be noisy at times."

"The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The man at the front desk didn't care. He also gave us a room that did not have a king bed and it took me forever to get him to fix it. Also not a good location. I didn't feel safe going out at night."

"Normal amenities like ice, coffee maker, chair and lamp in the room were not available. My wife and I stayed and there was only one office chair and table."

"Only one staff was rude but everyone else was great. Ro checked me in but gave me an attitude when I asked questions regarding the receipt. I wanted to clearly understand how the receipt shows since it was for business trip. And when I checked out, I ended up not receiving the receipt via email. So, overall it kind of sucked. Tan was awesome though! Great service and printed a paper out for me. "

"It was a dump!!! Dirty, noisy, run down condition, 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo."
