"Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!"

"Room was fairly clean, faucet falling off in bedroom, ant infestation kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms. They told me to wash my clothes before leaving to prevent taking ants home, brought me 4 laundry pods. They apologized for the inconvenience, but i will never rent from this organization again, very poor customer service. "

"Home was well taken care of and clean. The beds were all a little too firm for us, and the bunk beds were very low to the ground. The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We like to cook, so found it challenging to cook with limited kitchen gear. Overall, we did love the pool and yard space. The ping-pong table was also an added treat. "

"The place was lovely, but I would add a mattress topper to the master and second bedroom. The bed was a brick. Also, the second bathroom could use a deep clean. The couch was confortable, but also could use a deep clean. The ice machine didn't work, but there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well supplied although we didn't use it at all. The booklet of information was complete and easy to follow. The internet worked fairly well. Also, there was one night...

"The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of two couples and 3 children. The kitchen was incredibly stocked which made family sized meals a breeze. We enjoyed the forest themed decor which was especially fun for our grandkids to find and count all of the bears throughout! The area was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for walks or just play time. Our host was friendly and attentive. It was an excellent value and could not have been a better experience!"
