"We thought we had scored an amazing deal on a 2 queen kitchenette room... turns out the only thing getting a good deal was the hotel. 😑 The "no refunds" policy suddenly made a whole lot of sense.

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "
