"They did not give us the king bed as advertised but 1 twin size for 2 adults and shorted me a day that I paid for and threatened with the law if I wasn't out immediately. The ceiling was leaking water from a broken pipe and the power kept going out every half hour or so. I've tried to notify Expedia since I purchased insurance but cannot get through to resolve these issues. Hopefully nobody burns this place to the ground that might be a miracle"

"Ok so the are supposed to have someone in office they don't some dumb kiosk person whose either AI or living in another country is there so if u run out of toilet paper don't expect to get some right away or clean towels in the morning they didn't have but I actual towel in room and then 2 hand towels the 1 floor towel in bathroom no wash rag no actual bath towels. The pool was not swimmable from Friday evening until Tuesday and in that time of stay we literally got no linens had to switch...

"I'd like to start by saying that, after seeing the condition the rooms were given to us, we made the decision NOT to stay there. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that both rooms were very very dirty and one room wasn't even ready. Also one of the rooms didn't have so much as any sheets or pillow and the restroom was left very dirty, nowhere near in any condition to stay there. I regret to say that our experience was so disappointing that we will more than likely never going to stay at...

"The rooms seemed updated which was nice. We found hair in the beds as well as on that bathroom wall and shower wall. The towels smelled like they were bleached but were stained and didn’t even cover up my body, I’m not skinny but I’m also not a large person, average size. The shower curtain was stained and torn, and the complimentary toiletries were not filled which was very inconvenient while already in the shower. It was quiet and served our purpose of a place to stay while traveling."
