Apparently the pool has been down for over a year and the hotel chain refuses to do anything about it or update their listing or website. This is really unfair to families that come there with children.

I had higher expectations of the hotel, due to the high ratings. However, when we arrived, the pool & hot tub were closed, the pillows were all lumpy, the bed was extremely firm, the shower light did not work, and the conditioner bottle was broken. At the front desk, the host verbally announced our room number and someone else’s information was displayed on the tablet. There were a variety of options on the continental breakfast but the quality was disappointing. Next time, I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

The swimming pool was closed and had been closed for seven months and we were not informed. Also we were not informed that you couldn’t ask for an AARP or And R AAA discount if you booked through a travel agency.

Tried to call front desk and ask about the nearest ice machine, but know one answered. Breakfast was not that good. Eggs were runny and there was no juice. Bathtub had, what looked like, mold. Would not recommend staying at this location.

I was charged $165/night and this was not a good value for that price! I'm sure the rates were elevated due to the local college having homecoming. There was dust and coberbs on the furniture, the light above the shower did not work and the vanity lights were not adequate, the thermostat was not working properly for the room temperature. The breakfast buffet left alot to be desired with the tea water barely tepid and had to be heated in the microwave. The choices were very limited contrary to what was advertised. We ate breakfast out the second morning and passed on the buffet. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful for anything we needed didn’t like the location of the room far from elevators we are 68 years old but we did enjoy our stay

Loved my room the breakfast was great the gentleman that does breakfast was amazing and very sweet however, the front desk staff when you could find them was it exactly warm and eager to help and the pool was out of order that was quite disappointing. Very affordable hotel. It’s too bad because with just a few tweaks, that would be my first choice and a place to stay when I’m on the road for work.
