À lire impérativement hôtel beach.

Mon séjour était très bien, Hôtel beach est bien situé mais il faut demander vue de mer puisque de l'autre côté il y'a de bruit de scooter ou de voiture. L'hôtel mérite d'être rénové, baignoire, miroir, peinture doivent refaire. J'étais ravis pour le décor, superbe grand lit, de beaux tableaux, des chaises très confortables, de beaux meubles. Je lui mets 7/10.

Bien situé et agréable si tout se passe bien...

3eme sejour mais cette fois une catastrophe. 3 chambres en 2 jours, mauvaise attribution sans vue mer, sanitaires inoperants, pomleau de douche défectueux, couette manquante, pas de réactivité, aucun geste commercial digne de ce nom. Pire, une serveuse extremement désagréable maugreant en créole qu'elle a autre chose à faire que revenir pour une commande. Vraiment déçue surtout que je ramenais des amies futures clientes et que tous ces rebondissements ont gâché le séjour. Pas d excuse à notre départ non plus. Vraiment le service client était déplorable.

Relaxing

Although a bit dated, this hotel is a wonderful place to unwind and to relax. The proximity of the beach area is quaint and allows the full experience of a vacation. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The service was prompt. I slept like a rock in the clean and comfortable bed. Loved the various pillow shapes. I was able to practice speaking my French and the staff was supportive. All shoppes and restaurants are a five to seven minute walk from the hotel and easily accessible. Loved the restaurant filled marina . Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Upon arrival we found cockroaches in our room and cockroach defecation in our bed. There was no food available at the hotel, no snacks, no room service when we arrived at 10pm. The front desk didn't even have change so I could go to a vending machine down the street.

On the water.

It's gotten a little shabby around the edges, but great location. Near great restaurants and shops. Best feature is nice interior bar where you can sit and watch the waves lapping up on the shore. Beach is nice. Umbrellas and lounge chairs might a great place to spend quite a bit of time. Fun to be close to boats and the varina.

If we stay next time, we select "ocean view" !

Staffs are kind and friendly. The aria is safe and some restaurants are in walking distance. Only disappointed thing is our room is facing to parking lot. If it was to ocean, it must be so nice!

Tired hotel - I'm sure it was nice 20 years ago. In need of a major update. Only there 1 night so did not get a good room. The best thing about the place is the bar food, it was exceptional. One waits 20 minutes for a drink but the food was great. Keep the kitchen staff, update everything else.

Our sixth visit. Love everything about this place.

Every February, if possible, we go to St Martin and stay for 2 weeks at LeBeach. The property has a rather small beach and a large pier for sunning. It is bright and airy and right on the edge of Marigot, the capital of French St Martin. We rent a car and drive to different beaches for daylight adventures. The best for us is because we are in our late 70's, we prefer not to drive at night. The hotel is within very easy walking distance of several good restaurants.

great location out of the bustle of town on beach

Loved being on beach with easy walk into town for restaurants and fun outdoor market. From hotel, enjoyed walks up hill to Fort Lewis and around harbor too. Definitely get room on ocean-side; we heard from others that street side can be noisy. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere on hotel bar, restaurant, beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. We recommend booking trip to sail in catamaran around entire island with 3 stops for swimming and a fun lunch stop. This can be done at activities desk at hotel. Our ocean-side room was bright and cheerful!

Mauvaise couverture Wi-fi.

Perdu beaucoup de temps car Wi-Fi non fonctionnel (demandait nom dutilisateur et mot de passe) dans ma chambre et dans la salle où on servait le petit déjeuner. A la réception on me disait non pas besoin de mot de passe veuillez réessayer ... J'ai dû attendre qu'on vienne à la chambre pour constater le problème 2 personnes sont passés. j'ai pu avoir le service quelques heures seulement la 2 ième journée. mais le lendemain avant mon départ la panne était revenu et la réception n'a rien fait. J'ai donc du m'installer à la réception pour continuer la planification de mon voyage et attendre les réponses sur place.

Not as nice as the pictures

I felt like the location was nice, but the amenities and room weren't great. Didn't spend a lot of time there, but I'd definitely try another hotel before going back.

Clerical error caused us to not receive the room we reserved the fist night, with two double beds, so one of us had to sleep on a rollaway... subsequent nights they prepared a room with two double beds, in a handicap room, with no bathtub or anything to hold the water in the "shower" so it was interesting to get to the bathroom with the floors all wet. Manager was never available to speak with us as he was busy somewhere else I suppose. Overall not the best stay, surprising as the service here is usually very good.

Great location on beach. 5 min walk from Marigot

Loved the location and overall look of hotel. Staff very helpful, lobby beautiful, huge welcome drinks. Breakfast good but not massive. But, the baguettes and sliced ham are worth it all by themselves. Lunch at the bar is worth a try. We ate there twice. Note - If you get a standard room, make sure you only get a top floor room. Our first room looked out on parking lot and street not a "sea view"

Super localisation !

Pour 1 sejour de 6 jours cet hôtel est juste super. Il sera rénové bientôt et sera encore meilleur. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. Les plats du room service sont 1 régal. Personnel compétent et souriant.

妻は非常に満足しています。ピッツバーグ在住でアメリカ風のハンバーガとフライドポテトの世界から逃避できました。朝食のパン屋さん、市場、スーパーマーケット、ブランド品店、レストラン等、カリブ海に居ながら、すべてがフランス風です。ホテルは清潔だが、サービスが良いわけでは無いので私の評価３．５です。しかし、プライベートビーチがあり、フランス風の港、マリーナ、街がすぐそばなので、総合点は４．５です。オランダ領側のアメリカ流の大型ホテルに泊まるよりフランス気分に浸れてずっと良かったと思います。
