"Beds we're very comfortable, coffee available in the lobby and for breakfast. Airport shuttle is extremely helpful for we usually come late in the evening. Convenient in that it is close to the airport."

"Staff were super polite and helpful. Long term parking option was good and shuttle drivers very helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine. Beds were clean and so was the main area. However, the bathroom was dirty in the shower with lint and a few hairs. I don't think it had been cleaned. Hallways are very dark and dated."

"First room was shabby and the a/c was not working so they immediately changed our room and what a difference. Room was clean, curtains were hung properly on the windows, bathroom upgraded..obviously first room needs to be renovated and shouldn't be used if they want good reviews. Staff awesome here, very accommodating."

"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."

"Out off 6 reading lamps on the room only 2 worked. Plug to alarm clock was bent and didn’t work. Check in was a bad experience. Everyone had to wait in lobby then rushed in to the desk exactly at 4 pm. I never experienced that at any hotel."

"This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The rooms were spacious, there was so much classic charm with updated and modern restrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts was absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Main guest restroom in the lobby area had no paper towels, and no soap. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, they acknowledged that they knew about it and couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to the cabinet that stores the soap and paper towels. Instead of just going out to get soap for the guest, also lends the question if the staff are washing their hands if there’s no soap for the public? Then when we got to our room, there was also no soap to...
