Furthermore the hotel uses What’s up as a communication tool with guests, which was incredibly convenient as the hotel always sent us very kind and thoughtful reply to our questions/requests. "Unbelievable stay, the views!!! A 10, the breakfast and staff a 10!!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Antonio was very helpful along with the staff. You cannot go wrong with this place. When the ferry drops you off, you’re in front of the hotel, the hotel is right next to ships and the cable car."

"First of all the staff were always polite and extremely helpful. The front desk people booked an excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat at our request with pick up at our marina. Asking them for help with any excursions is a smart move. The breakfast was nicer than anticipated and the serving staff cheerful.
