"We had an entire apartment in a perfect area, close to shopping and the trolley. The apartment was clean and had its own private patio and washing machine. The room was comfortable and quiet, with perfect air conditioning. The accommodation was luxurious, and check-in was smooth. As soon as we arrived, we were contacted on WhatsApp and met at the property for check-in. The place is right across from the Vega Hotel, which has an amazing pool with a gorgeous view. We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!"
