"Five stars for the staff alone! Sophie at the front desk was very professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond to help me with transportation back to Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and, most importantly, very quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest in a busy city. The central location and terrace view are unbeatable. I'll definitely be back! The breakfast buffet was amazing."

They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. It’s conveniently close to Sunworld Halong Park (literally across the street) and a few minutes away by car to the ports (if you’re going to go on a cruise).
