"Great hotel, great staff, great food. The parking not so great at $52 per night. There is a public parking at the beginning of the street ( lot 5 ) you can park over night for $7 ( not more than 7 days per 30 days ) very short walk to the hotel. That’s what I did. The staff doesn’t tell you that, for obvious reasons. Overall great location. It’s a hit and miss with catching the sun for sun bathing since it’s close to the marina. But the pool is great and the location of the hotel is very quiet....

"Great hotel in a great location, definitely recommend! Room had fun decor with beautiful ocean views. Hotel offers beach towels and chairs for the beach, many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Ate at two restaurants on the hotels list and both were excellent."

"Inconsistent communications regarding the rollaway bed. One said they didn’t have one, one said they did but was in use with another guest. Clarifying the actual price of the rollaway should be in their info page. The staff was nice but difficult to understand when speaking in the phone."

"Definitely not what was advertised, very run down. Yes, Venice Beach is not the most beautiful place and has a lot going on the boardwalk but it was definitely not what I excepted. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to go and stay please know that it’s a tiny room and has no amenities available besides a tv and a mini fridge."

"Jamaica Bay Inn was perfectly situated for exactly what we had been looking for: Convenient location for our travel logistics, only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Beach Pier and a number of food choices nearby. Our room was clean and well-appointed. They offered quite a few amenities as included with your resort fee."
