"The staff here were lovely and very welcoming, which I really appreciated. The bathroom in the room was also very clean. Unfortunately, the room itself had a strong wet dog smell that made it a bit uncomfortable during the stay. When it was time to wind down for the night, the noise from the people staying above me made it really difficult to relax. I could hear them stomping around and arguing loudly, which made it hard to fall asleep. I totally understand people wanting to have a good time, but just be aware that the walls and floors seem thin and you will most likely hear a lot from the people staying above or next to you. Overall, the staff did a great job and were very kind. I know situations like noise from other guests aren’t always something they can control."

"Within walking distance to so many things but also reserves the spot for a vehicle if needed. It’s about 1/2 mile away from Venice beach. Lots of food places within walking distance. Also within walking/jogging distance to the Santa Monica Pier (about 2 miles). Lots of shops and things around to do. The a/c thermostat is hard to use if you are not familiar with the a Google nest. But the place is clean and offers wifi, Roku tv with multiple platforms, a comfy bed and a shower with great water pressure. "

"Staff was great! And the room was designed very well for the small space. The negative was their eco system for the AC. It was a hot day and my 1 yr old daughter and I were napping, and I guess because we were so still the air had turned off. It was so hot in the room and it took forever for the room to cool down."
