"Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious (in previous occasions I've been assigned smaller bathrooms in which it was difficult to get in/out of the bath). Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place."

"Rooms were clean staff excellent just don't eat there, the breakfast was probably worse than you could get from Farmfoods, a lot of it should be banned from human consumption yes the sausages! Then I had something from the Hungry Horse, yes I know it's cheap and get what you pay for (beer £6.75 though) but when I was asked how well done I'd like my mixed grill steak I almost chuckled and was right to do so. Perhaps they should ask how dry would you like it. To make matters worse, they fcuked...

"Callum was absolutely fantastic in making up for the deficiencies of the bar staff, who were slow, and nonchalant. He went the extra mile and restored my faith in good customer service. Pool, gym and facilities are great, as was the room and plenty of parking."

"Bad points first ,shower head retainer loose could not use the shower without having to hold it,bath very high to get in ,no safety grab handles,restricted access.Bed mattress looked new but was most uncomfortable as it had formed a central hump and recess on either side causing persons to roll out of hence sleep was deprived,not good. Good points : Food was great well cooked , excellent choices on cereal ,fruit preserves, yoghurts ,juices etc,the catering ladies were welcoming,polite,...
