"Very noisy with no handicap accommodations. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help us. Room key was constantly not working and it was very hot and humid. The front desk associate was very judgmental and was constant giving guests dirty looks. I would never stay here again!"

It seemed like no real effort was being made to fix the issue, leaving me with no option but to endure cold showers both at night and in the morning. This made for an extremely unpleasant experience."
