Owner and staff are more than happy to assist but you need to do your part and ask ahead. Once there they are full and cannot switch for you. Beds...

"Do not stay here when you pull up in the parking it’s so disappointing the people they allow to hang out around the hotel. We left my grandfathers ring in the room called back the same day and no one has seen it. It was 14k gold and the only thing I had from my grandfather. Still til this day they didn’t see it. "I was staying in a room down below and it was terrible. I couldn't sleep throughout the night because of all the loud thumping noises upstairs. I saw tiny bugs mites around the shower. The bathroom vent was really old and loud. But the staff was nice and breakfast was wonderful. Not a terrible stay but i wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone traveling here."

"Everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again if in San Diego. Clean room, polite and helpful staff, full bar which was perfect to sit and unwind after fighting traffic on a long trip."

"All of the staff are amazing, very helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms however, not the best. My bathroom counter still had hair and dirt in the corners from where someone before me had shaved. The refrigerator had "gunk" down the side, and the toaster I was given wasn't as "sanitized' as it probably should have been. It's obvious the cleaning staff is overwhelmed, but it's nothing a little elbow grease and cleaning supplies can't handle."

"First of all, the room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke. Mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable. The door was hard to close and lock. Police and EMS kept showing up on the premises for one reason or another."

"Our stay at this hotel has been very good. The only issue we had was the parking. It shared parking with the next-door hotel. But other than that, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to restaurants and right next to the freeway for easy highway access. Overall experience is great, and I will come back to this hotel for future stays."

"Great stay, the room had everything I needed. Refrigerator door was on the wrong side where positioned and was hard to open door and get into behind the table. Shower and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and provided a fresh start to the day!!"
